Join the Excitement - help decide the winner of the Great Imbibe Shake Off
Calling on all bartending enthusiasts! Experience the excitement as talented bar teams from top British bars go head-to-head in a thrilling cocktail competition live on stage, hosted by Jack Sotti. With a total prize of £1000 at stake (£500 per winning team per day), contestants will face two rounds – crafting their signature cocktails and mastering mystery ingredients. Join us on Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd July to watch three new bar teams each day go head-to-head.

The competitive challenge:
Six teams will compete against each other each day on Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd July in two exciting rounds:
Signature Serve: Each team will create their best cocktail using ingredients of their choice and present its story to the judges and attendees.
Mystery Ingredient: Each team will showcase their creativity by crafting a cocktail using our surprise ingredients.

Meet the Judges:
Judging each day will be done by a combination of two industry pros and your vote.
Monday 1st July
- Cyan Wong (Bartender and drinks consultant) and
- Becky Paskin (Drinks writer and TV presenter advocate for women in whisky)
Tuesday 2nd July
- Deano Moncrieffe (Agave spirits expert and founder of Hacha Bar)
- Anna Sebastian (Hospitality consultant for luxury hotels, F&B concepts, brands & people)

The Sommelier Wine Awards Prize Giving & Tasting
This year marks the hotly anticipated return of leading wine competition the Sommelier Wine Awards (SWA), the only awards judged exclusively by sommeleirs and experts from the on-trade. SWA will launch the comprehensive 'Gold Book' for the awards, detailing the rankings for all the wines, trophy presentations, and tastings of the highest scoring wines from this year’s competition.
