Anyone to registered to attend Imbibe Live 2021 would have received an email with login details to our online event. You did not need to attend the live event to attend online. Imbibe Live Online has been designed to allow you additional opportunities to meet with exhibitors that you might not have got round to seeing at the event. All meetings will take place on Monday 20th September but you can pre-arrange meetings any time. You will also be able to view a selection of recorded masterclasses up to 2 weeks after the event.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the event?

The venue is Wi-Fi enabled but due to high volume of attendees, the quality of connection may vary.

How do I find my way around the event?

At the venue, floorplan signage will be available to guide you within the hall.

Will there be cloakroom services for me to use?

Yes, there will be and we request that any bag larger than a handbag is put into the cloakroom. Coats and jackets will cost £1 per item and for bags it is £2 each. Security will be running a bag search at the entrance.

What COVID-19 guidance is in place for the event?

Please see our dedicated webpage here for all information on COVID-19.

How do I register for a ticket?

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. This year registration is closing before the event and you will not be able to turn up without a badge on the day. If you have any difficulties with registration please contact our registration team who will be happy to help.

Why can I only attend on one day?

Due to venue capacity you will only be able to attend on either Monday or Tuesday this year and will need to select your preferred day on the registration form. This is to allow as many people as possible the opportunity to attend across the two days.

How much does it cost to attend the event?

Imbibe Live 2021 was free for visitors to attend.

Do I need to print my badge at home?

You will receive your PDF and e-badge by email when you register for the event. In order to get your badge, you must print your PDF badge at home (but please note we are not providing lanyards or badge holders this year) or bring a digital version on your phone. Simply save to your phone’s wallet. There will not be badge printing facilities onsite. Failure to bring your badge to the event will result in a delay in your admission.

Do I have to arrive during my arrival timeslot?

We are asking you to select a preferred arrival time on the day you’d like to attend to manage safe queuing at the venue. We have asked you to select an arrival time in the morning as we want to ensure you get the most amount of time possible on the day you are attending. If you’d like to turn up in the afternoon, that is absolutely fine but please be aware you may need to queue or wait for visitors to leave.

How do I amend the timeslot or details shown on my badge?

In your visitor confirmation badge email there is a link to amend your timeslot. You can use this to amend your details. If you need to change any of the details as they appear on your badge please contact our registration team who will be able to make the necessary amendments for you. You must then bring your updated PDF or digital badge to the event.

I can no longer attend, how do I cancel my place?

As we are restricted by capacity this year, if you can no longer attend, we’d really appreciate it if you could let us know. On your badge confirmation email there is a button to click to do this. If not, please let our registration team know.

I have not received my badge, please can you resend?

Our emails can sometimes find their way to your spam/junk folders so please do check there in the first instance. If your confirmation email is not there please contact our registration team who will be able to re-send to the email address you registered with, alternatively, if you login to your registration, you can download your badge there.

I need to register more people, how can I do this?

Each registration requires a unique email address, and therefore you will need to complete the registration process for each person that wishes to receive a badge. You may find it easiest to share the registration link with those who wish to attend the event so they are able to enter their own details and receive their confirmation.

I cannot login to the registration system, what should I do?

We will be happy to help you with this please click here to speak to our Customer Services team or give them a call via the number shown at the bottom of this page.
