Create and update your Exhibitor Profile

Our visitors use our Online Directory to decide who they would like to meet at our event. Your Exhibitor Profile is your chance to get their attention.

To ensure you don't miss the opportunity to drive visitors to your stand, update your profile with your company description and logo. You can also add products, videos, social channels, and latest news to make your profile stand out.

Exhibitor Manual

Whether you’re returning as an exhibitor or this is your first time, the exhibitor manual is your complete guide to stand build, services and regulations at Imbibe Live.

View the manual here to access all the information you need about building and/or decorating your stand, placing orders for other onsite services such as glassware and ice, finding our which rules & regulations will affect what tastings you can offer on your stand etc.  

Personalised marketing assets

To help you get the people you want to the event, we have created personalised digital assets for you to use, which you can send to your clients and leads to gift them a FREE tickets to the show.

Get the most out of your attendance at Imbibe Live by posting them on social media, displaying them in your email signatures, websites and in your advertisements as well.

You can track and access the details of visitors who have registered via the personalised links in your banners and invitations. Our team will be in touch with you directly to share these with you - any problems feel free to get in touch.

Exhibitor Dashboard

Analyse your company profile performance and view recommendations to drive further ROI. Just log in to your Exhibitor Portal and click on Exhibitor Dashboard Analytics.

PRE-SHOW: Find out how many online visitors are viewing your online profile and engaging with your brand. Take action to complete your profile and boost online visitor engagement.

AT SHOW: Check how many buyers visited your stand based on real time scans by your team and smart readers.

POST SHOW: Review metrics for leads and digital engagement. Segment leads captured by attributes of interest.




Smart lead capture

No need to worry about collecting business cards or manually entering data, Imbibe Live is a smart event! We provide a smart solution to gather all your leads easily in one place during the event, so that you can quickly download all your leads after the event and start marketing to them straight away. There are 2 ways in which you will get leads at Imbibe Live:

Gather leads through exhibitor-led Emperia app

You and your team can download the Emperia app to your smartphone and scan visitors badges at the show to receive their details.

Gather leads through visitor-led Colleqt QR

We will provide you with a Colleqt QR code to display on your stand, allowing visitors to quickly and easily access your business information without the need for printed materials or business cards. This visitor-led approach saves time for both exhibitors and visitors, and means you are less likely to miss out if you are busy talking to other leads.

We can build your stand

To offer you a unique and cost-effective stand design and build option without the hassle of expensive stand designers and builders, we used our expertise to develop SmartSpace.

You can choose fully customised bespoke or modular system stands, which can be altered to your preferences and are tailor-made to meet your needs. Here is a little more about your options.

Bespoke Designs

A completely unique design concept, designed specifically to your requirements. Once you have decided on an idea for your stand, you will send your brief to the SmartSpace team who will design a stand concept. Alternatively, feel free to show the team an existing stand design you would like replicate (take a look through our photo gallery below for inspiration)!

System Stands

A tailored, cost effective and flexible modular solution. Start the design process by choosing one or two open sides, your stand size and one of the three main designs (ONS, SUR and PIC). The System Stands can be tailored specifically to your requirements using a range of standard components that fit together to ensure it stands out from your competitors.
