Faced with the uncertainties of Brexit and the ever growing complexities of staff engagement, Be At One wanted to design and implement a simple but impactful career pathway that offered Bartenders in-depth development and clear career progression. Using the teams to share their knowledge and external awarding bodies including the WSET we created an offering that reduced staff turnover and increased engagement dramatically. Taking a step back from overly complex systems and focusing on human interaction, we built on a culture that recognises hard work and results.
