We all know that getting into the great outdoors is good for us, and in recent years foraged ingredients have featured in many cocktail menus. But what if you don’t live near a forest, lake or Area of Outstanding Beauty? How can you get a bit of nature into your glass when your access to it is limited? Join Claire Warner (Æcorn Aperitifs), Pippa Guy (The American Bar at The Savoy), Max Allison (Scout) and Robert Wood (1881) as they explore how to safely bring the outside in, how to use what you find in great drinks, and ultimately how being out in nature can help us be more creative.
