Everything we make at the Cotswolds Distillery is about quality and flavour above all else. Our award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin is an aromatic twist on a classic London Dry. We use nine carefully considered botanicals to produce our gin, including local lavender and freshly-peeled lime and pink grapefruit zest. We put over 10 times the average amount of botanicals used to make most premium gins in our traditional copper pot still, producing a rich flavour and mouthfeel. The result is a beautiful and unique gin which transforms into a pearlescent cloud when mixed with tonic or ice. Our flagship Single Malt Whisky is the first whisky ever distilled in the Cotswolds. It is traditionally made using locally grown barley and is aged in first-fill Kentucky ex-Bourbon barrels and highly active shaved, toasted and recharred American Oak red wine casks. Rich, fruity and sippable, it is an extremely approachable and balanced single malt.
