The Fynoderee Distillery is an artisan distillery based on the Isle of Man a world UNESCO biosphere. Founded by local couple Paul and Tiffany Kerruish along with Master Distiller Gerard Macluskey, production of its seasonal range of Fynoderee Manx Dry Gins commenced in November 2017 and has gone on to sell an astounding near 30k bottles – distilling initially at the back of Paul and Tiffany’s home in Ramsey, a small town in the north of the Island. “Gin-thusiasts”, Tiffany and Paul had long dreamt of setting up a distillery on the Isle of Man that would make gin (and ultimately further spirits) using the Isle of Man’s abundant wild-growing botanicals. Inspired by local folklore, the couple’s vision for The Fynoderee Distillery was fully formed when a chance meeting with 3rd co-Founder Gerard Macluskey (a former head Distiller at Masons and before that Gordons Tanquery) propelled their vision into reality.
