Mitch Adams

About

Imbibe Live beer ambassador, Mitch Adams, is the Operations Director and Beer Buyer for Borough Wines & Beers and has worked in hospitality and pubs for over 20 years.

After running his own country pub for eight years, the Thatcher’s Arms, a well-known beer and food destination on the Essex and Suffolk border, he made the move back to London to get more involved in the burgeoning beer scene. The Bull, a London Brewing Co brewpub in Highgate in North London, enabled him to continue exploring his passion for beer and food matching and take it to a new level by being involved in the beer production.

Over the past eight years he has also been a member of the British Guild of Beer Writers, writing about beer, brewing and pubs for the trade press, judging beer and cider as well as writing a blog on his adventures in beer and food from brew days to recipes. More recently he has just finished writing his first book, BREW, on beer and brewing.
