Evelyne was FlavorActiV’s first Global Sensory Manager in 2000.
She holds a Diplome D’Ingénieur in Food Science and Technology obtained in France. She worked in Malting and Brewing Research at BRI (now Campden-BRI), and as a quality specialist in Greene King Brewery developing the LIMS and sensory procedures.
Evelyne is an experienced beer and cider sensory trainer. She has delivered over 100 courses for FlavorActiV in the different regions of the world including at corporate level, local production level and in the trade. She has also judged in international beer and cider competitions.
