Global flavouring specialist Monin will capture the essence of old-style movie glamour on stand C121 at Imbibe Live this year with its innovative Popcorn and Donut syrups.
Featuring a chic cinema entrance of yesteryear, the curtain will rise on Monin’s popular Popcorn syrup and Donut syrup at the Olympia Exhibition Centre on 3 and 4 July.
Monin Donut syrup offers buttery, savoury notes paired with a candied sweetness, which shines through in a number of cocktails, while Monin Popcorn syrup offers a roasted popcorn flavour with a hint of nuttiness which works in a wide range of drinks.
Bartenders will be able to learn how to use these flavours, with Monin beverage innovation manager Lee Hyde and on-trade brand ambassador Daniel Davis making Popcorn Espresso Martini and Donut Sours over the two days, as well as giving general tips and advice.
Visitors to stand C121 will also be able to look at Monin’s summer drinks offering, which makes excellent use of the new Orange Spritz syrup, Lime Rantcho concentrate, Cloudy Lemonade mix and Le Fruit de Monin Rhubarb purée.
