Sessions will include savvy promotions to fill your establishment, making the most of social media, and how going green can save the planet and your bottom line.
Taste Zone
Tantalise your taste buds with a range of rare and exciting tastings. Discover new products and pairings covering the entire drinks spectrum, and tap into all the latest trends, presented by industry experts. Sessions include Beer Trends in 2013 with experts Ben McFarland and Tom Sandham, and introducing The Rise of Sake with Hakkasan’s Christine Parkinson.
Wine World
Want to sex up your wine list? Wine World has a full programme of tastings, talks and masterclasses giving you expert advice and an opportunity to taste an extensive range of wines. Don’t miss this year’s Sommelier Wine Awards winners – wines available exclusively to the on-trade and voted for by the UK’s top sommeliers.
Training Zone
Not only will Imbibe Live arm you with hundreds of new drinks ideas, but you will also have the opportunity to gain a qualification certificate! Industry schools AFWS, Shaker BarSchools and WSET will be running training sessions covering a range of skills including Sommellerie and Mixology.
Shake It!
Want to add some pizazz to your cocktail list? Visit Shake It!, Imbibe’s very own action-packed mixology lab, for a full line-up of talks and masterclasses presented by the on-trade’s finest. Our experts shake their stuff in a packed programme featuring industry legends Dale de Groff, Tony Conigliaro, Alex Kratena and many more.
Water Bar
Rehydrate and chill out at the Water Bar. With such a packed show and so many suppliers to meet, keep yourself sharp and focussed by taking time out with unlimited complimentary water.
Centre Stage
The hub of Imbibe Live, Centre Stage will host live competition finals, tastings, demos and more. Raising the roof for 2013 is the famous Bartenders vs Sommeliers Live Final, a must-see for all!
