Nate has owned and operated multi-award winning spirit specialist cocktail bars in London for the better part of a decade. He’s a regular speaker on industry panels and has been known to harbour an opinion or two. He has an Ma in Creative Writing and when not in a bar, he can usually be found losing on a chessboard.
