Ceviche’s Miguel Arbe leads pisco masterclass
Executive bar manager of London restaurant and bar, Ceviche, and Andina Restaurant and Bars, Miguel Arbe will be at Imbibe Live leading a masterclass on Peruvian pisco.
During this unique tasting, Arbe will share some of the innovations he and his Ceviche team have made to the Peruvian spirit.
Originally from La Coruña, Spain, Arbe has always been surrounded by traditional flavours. His upbringing fostered his interest for using local ingredients and getting the best out of them. Through travelling and meeting new people and cultures, Arbe has been able to gather new ingredients that have influenced his career and style with Ceviche.
