Savour the champagne of beers
Savour Beer will be showcasing their award winning Sparkling Beer Brut for the first time at Imbibe Live. The beer is one of only a handful in the world to be riddled and disgorged using the traditional method to remove the yeast sediment.
The Sparkling Beer Brut will also be part of the Beer and Food Matching master class hosted by Warren Geraghty. Geraghty, founding partner of the Galvin HOP pub group, will be showing visitors what makes beer such a versatile food partner.
Winner of the 2015 Small Producer of the Year by the Guild of Fine Foods, Savour was founded on the belief that more needs to be done to support and promote British produce. Their range of British Farmhouse beers are unfiltered, unpasteurised and bottle conditioned for maximum flavour.
