Around the world in six highballs
Thomas Aske and his Fluid Movement team will be taking Imbibe Live visitors around the world with their exploration of whisky in six drams.
Each whisky will have its flavours dissected and accentuated in one of the most popular serves for the category, the highball. Some recipes on the menu will include Nikka, Puni, Woodford Reserve, and Vulson.
Aske has worked in the hospitality industry for seventeen years and has been behind a number of acclaimed bars, such as Purl and The Worship Street Whistling Shop. In 2016, Aske and the Fluid Movement Team opened the whisky bar Black Rock with an aim to demystify the category.
